Hi, I’m Amy!


I am so glad you are here!

After my own 70 pound weight loss, I became obsessed with all things fitness & nutrition.

I became a certified nutrition coach & fitness trainer, as well as a certified health coach.

But that didn't mean I was no longer a stranger to struggle.

I have been in the place of losing it all & gaining it all back, just to lose it again.

With these programs, it is my hope that you will have the tools I wish I would have had when I started that would have kept me from that yo-yo of gaining and losing over and over again the first few years.

I want to see you lose fat, learn new habits & change your life forever!

There will be work involved, but if you are willing to put yourself first you will see the results.
